In this series of articles, I will share my observations regarding the most common daily challenges and struggles, e.g., anger, frustration, etc. and the underlying mind-patterns. These observations are experiential and are based on myself and the people I know. In Part 1, I will point out deeply-rooted negative conditioned responses of anger. And will, hopefully, pave the way for you to identify and release negative mind-patterns within you.
Writing for this blog is helping me to redefine creativity. It is a fantastic physical tool that tremendously supports my mental process. At the beginning of my deprogramming, I was only taking down notes and keywords capturing the main symbols that I saw in visualizations. The more I did it, the more I realized how important it was to start putting disconnected pieces of the puzzle together.
