In this series, I’m sharing my observations and breakthroughs in dealing with overwhelming emotions. This is the last part of the series. Check out Part 1 and Part 2 if you haven’t.
This series of articles is dedicated to untangling complicated knots of emotions that we as humans experience. We are observing the underlying mind-patterns that create emotions such as fear, anxiety, guilt, etc. I recommend reading Part 1 if you haven’t. Anxiety is another mind-pattern in the fear spectrum. It is relatively easy to detect but not so easy to correct. As with any hyperspace technique, you need to remove layers of the emotion before you reach the point where you will actually stop being affected by anxiety.
This series of articles will be dedicated to untangling complicated knots of emotions that we as humans are capable of and the underlying mind-patterns that create them. The title “Ocean of Emotions” was inspired by my deprogramming breakthroughs and realizations this and the previous months.
When I was little, I had a recurring dream. I was in a boat with my mother and an older male dressed in a dark jacket. I was a bit suspicious of him because I couldn’t remember who he was and he looked rather serious. I was overwhelmed. The water was everywhere and I could feel the power of its stream surrounding and carrying the boat. I couldn’t see the opposite shore and could only remember the fog. Lack of sunlight and dark green and gray colors prevailed.
When I told my mother about it, she said that it wasn’t a dream, but a real event – the flood.
In this series of articles, I will share my observations regarding the most common daily challenges and struggles, e.g., anger, frustration, etc. and the underlying mind-patterns. These observations are experiential and are based on myself and the people I know. In Part 1, I will point out deeply-rooted negative conditioned responses of anger. And will, hopefully, pave the way for you to identify and release negative mind-patterns within you.
