Similar to the planned obsolescence of electronics, we are daily imprinted with the idea of approaching death. For example, through the decay of the physical body and mind with age. The idea of preparing for it rather than resisting it has been part of my Eastern-European conditioning. I have observed how the conviction that at a certain age vitality and physical health decays played out. It caused people of rather young age to accept this idea. This idea then manifested in their physical bodies through disease.
In this series, I’m pondering upon mind-control, programming and how we can use them to dig out the most remote and hidden aspects of our personalities, correct our mental errors and grow spiritually. Please read the previous articles from the series, Part 1 & Part 2.
I think it’s time to get a little deeper into the technical aspects of mind-control and programming. For many of us, the journey towards the truth of our history, origin, and existence hasn’t been very smooth. There are lots of pitfalls and underground stones in it that you stumble upon once you start.
In this series, I’m sharing my observations and breakthroughs in dealing with overwhelming emotions. This is the last part of the series. Check out Part 1 and Part 2 if you haven’t.
This series of articles will be dedicated to untangling complicated knots of emotions that we as humans are capable of and the underlying mind-patterns that create them. The title “Ocean of Emotions” was inspired by my deprogramming breakthroughs and realizations this and the previous months.
It’s a week since I’m back to my home country and hometown. Not much time to spend alone and very little time to write. The energy of the place is incredibly versatile. Like a rose with multiple petals, it reveals itself layer after layer.
In this series of articles, I will share my observations regarding the most common daily challenges and struggles, e.g., anger, frustration, etc. and the underlying mind-patterns. These observations are experiential and are based on myself and the people I know. In Part 1, I will point out deeply-rooted negative conditioned responses of anger. And will, hopefully, pave the way for you to identify and release negative mind-patterns within you.
Writing for this blog is helping me to redefine creativity. It is a fantastic physical tool that tremendously supports my mental process. At the beginning of my deprogramming, I was only taking down notes and keywords capturing the main symbols that I saw in visualizations. The more I did it, the more I realized how important it was to start putting disconnected pieces of the puzzle together.
I learned to speak when I was 9 months old, much earlier than I started to walk. Since then I was using language extensively. I went to a linguistic school…
Everybody feels stressed, depressed and low on energy from time to time. I do too. What I wish I knew earlier is not to beat myself up for not being able…
