The path towards integrity inevitably lies through establishing one’s firm spiritual foundation. Some call it a belief system, some call it faith, others – conviction or knowing or a combination of thereof. The most important thing to realize is that it’s always been there, although you may not have recognized it before.
From Without To Within
When I embraced my own self-exploration journey, I had difficulties defining my own spiritual foundation. Perhaps it just wasn’t my goal for the moment to give it shape yet. Because I didn’t have it well defined, I failed to establish boundaries when interacting with others. Including family, friends, and colleagues. And that kept me away from looking at mind-patterns and beliefs that I needed to correct. The nastiest ones were self-limitations and negative self-talk.
I only knew me from what others pointed out when they spoke to me. For some reason, I didn’t question that and didn’t try to convince them otherwise. I didn’t try to convince myself otherwise, too. I couldn’t handle criticism very well, and at some point, it became my driver towards becoming more daring when setting goals.
My spiritual goals weren’t always a priority number one and having tried every other imaginable activity I soon realized that nothing gives more meaning to my life than this. No existing form of entertainment can substitute the joy of knowing who you are and why you are here.
Many people I know who were interested in the spiritual side of existence only explored superficial layers – that is, learning from others as opposed to learning from within.
That’s the main difference in the Expansions’ approach to teaching and learning versus anything else you might’ve tried elsewhere. The most significant realization for me was that real learning starts when you recognize the original spiritual foundation within. This foundation supports your entire existence and gets you going in challenging times.
No matter how strong your limiting beliefs and negative mind-patterns are, they won’t beat your spiritual foundation. They only obstruct it from being revealed to you for a while. All you need to do is persevere and recognize that your worst enemy is your own chaotic and racing mind. I’m confronting my own every day, but through it, I learn self-control and mastering the power of the mind.
A perfect place to start is by retaining clarity through consistent exercise and detox routines. They include fasting, intermittent fasting, mental and emotional release work, and cleansing by using natural supplements. Consider reviewing the videos on fasting and detoxing for more tips on that. Throughout years, I’ve tried a combination of various methods myself. The routines I’ve listed above are the ones I feel most comfortable with provided I repeat them regularly. The most important of all is, of course, the mental work.
Having released lots of negativity from my past, I started recognizing the spiritual foundation that kept me away from harm all these years, although it didn’t completely spare me from self-destructive and harmful actions. Now that I have amplified it through my deprogramming and self-healing protocols, it helps me to distinguish between the real information and knowledge and lies that continue being fed by the fake news media to the global population. Yet the fact that so much truth has already been revealed by the Qanon team goes is in tune with my inner self-learning process that’s being reflected on the macrocosmic level. It’s an excellent opportunity for many to review their beliefs and regain their spiritual foundation for its impact on the future of this planet will be crucial.
