I release my worst fears UP to my OverSoul.
In the morning I randomly flip through the pages of 1,099 Daily Affirmations for Self-Change by Janet Swerdlow, and I’ve done so every since the book was first published. I make note of that because this is one of my favorite books and Janet is truly one of my favorite authors.
Before the book was published many people like my Self wrote the affirmations on 3×5 index cards. I enjoyed pulling a card at random and there it was, the synchronicity of mind pattern evident in manifestation. The cards always aligned with what I was working on within my Self exploration.
My affirmation this morning found on page 122, “I recognize the positive aspects of fear”. I’ll admit this was a surprise to me but then I kept reading and realized that I still had anger with underlining fear. Earlier this morning I thought of ways to confront a prevailing issue or issues, but I realize my fear of change is what makes me angry.
The other affirmations, “My mind-pattern of fear is in perfect balance. I release my worst fears UP to my OverSoul”, all support me as I create a list of Self changes I plan to fulfill. I often remind my Self to ask OverSoul to guide me and help me get through it.
The positive aspects of fear allows me to slow down long enough to make an assessment of things to keep or discard. I saw a quote online from the Bruce Lee foundation, “Being one’s Self leads to real relationships and the acceptance of Self leads to change.” I want to keep being real with my Self and let go of the fear of not being accepted. I accept me for me as IS.
